For the Oceanside Treatment Plant, a wastewater pump station located on the Great Highway, the SFPUC commissioned artist Jet Martinez to create a mural. The artist created Fog Lilies inspired by the natural beauty of the Cala lily and evocative of the landscape of the artist’s childhood home.
